Back to Pool Party Saturday March 19, 7:00-12:00
We thought we’d have a Polar Bear Party in the big pool. Brrrr. But, we aren’t fooling we are having a shin dig in the clubhouse. This is a fundraiser to get the party started and a chance to meet and greet. The Social Committee will fold the fun funds into the next event. All members are invited and bring a friend you’d like to see around the pool this summer (Liz is bringing George Clooney). Capacity is 200 and lets meet it! We will have membership forms available as well as live music . Since this is the first event we are going to need to jump start our budget by asking for help with food. Look for an email coming soon. Your $10 at the door will go towards future events and to cover some startup costs. THANKS!! P.S. adults only!

Volunteer Days
We love volunteers!! Come join your friends at BACA to get our pool spiffed up for our May 28 opening!! We will be on the courts and at the pool. Bring a cup of coffee and a donut and wear your work clothes or your bathing suit if you need to. We will be cleaning, painting and doing minor repairs so the pool will be looking good on May 28. Have a suggestion as to something that needs attention? Let Liz know (272-8745 or lizbaca@verizon.net). If you can, let Liz know you plan to come help and if you have special talents we can put to use. But feel free to drop in and get to work even if for a short time.

Social Memberships OOPS - WE GOOFED!
When we designed our new form for both renewal and new applications we neglected to include charges for those persons wanting just a social membership and those who want to be inactive for this year. Inactive members do not have use of any of the facilities but their name remains in our file so they receive all communications and know what is happening at BACA. By paying the appropriate fee they can activate the membership and begin to use the pools and the courts. Social memberships are $10 per year and those going inactive pay $30 a year. We apologize to all of you we missed and hope you will send your appropriate fee to the above address so we can keep in touch with you.
